PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for diagnosing concrete degradation, which predicts dangerousness of degradation of a structure in early stage when concrete degradation in the concrete structure has not come to the surface. SOLUTION: Construction of a concrete structure to be diagnosed and locational conditions thereof are grasped by performing the concrete structure and the surrounding environmental investigation; degradation factors in concrete are extracted and degradation generation points are predicted; with regard to the point on the concrete surface, the indication inspection of simple degradation is performed; with the sample collected from the point where the indication exists, the degradation is precisely diagnosed by instrument analysis; and thus, the degradation is predicted according to the diagnosed result.
