An advertising board for protecting environment is provided to protect environment by not using a hanging placard of chemical fabric material. A rotary driving handle(1) is installed in a side of a pillar(10), and is fixed in a bottom power transmission pole(2a). Three power gears(3a) is fixed in the bottom power transmission pole. Each power gear is coupled with a transferring chain(4). The transferring chain is coupled with three power gears(3b) which are coupled with a top power transmission pole(2b). If the driving handle is rotated into clockwise direction, notice surfaces(5a, 5b, 5c, 5d) is transferred into a ground. |
