摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active material for a negative electrode of a nonaqueous secondary battery superior in charge and discharge cycle characteristics while suppressing the rise in resistance accompanying gas generation and in-battery coating formation owing to the decomposition of a nonaqueous electrolyte.SOLUTION: An active material for a negative electrode of a nonaqueous secondary battery comprises: an active material (A) allowing lithium ions to go thereinto and out thereof; and a compound (B) and/or a polymer of the compound (B). The compound (B) has a radical polymerizable unsaturated bond in a molecular structure, and it is at least one organic acid derivative selected from a group consisting of an organic acid anhydride, an organic acid ester and an organic acid amide.SELECTED DRAWING: None
