PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit account information at a newer point of time to a customer apparatus.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: a storage part for storing account information of a customer at a first point of time as reference account information; an information acquisition part for acquiring account information of the customer at a second point of time from a server of a financial institution; a determination part for determining whether the account information is updated between the first point of time and the second point of time on the basis of the reference account information and the account information at the second point of time; and a communication control part for controlling notification to the customer apparatus when the determination part determines that the account information is updated. The information acquisition part acquires account information of the customer at a third point of time after a response from the server on the basis of the response from the customer apparatus to the notification, the determination part extracts a difference in the account information between the first point of time and the third point of time, and the communication control part controls the transmission of information showing the difference extracted by the determination part to the customer apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
