PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift device for a vehicle having both of high operability and high safety.SOLUTION: A shift device 1 includes an operation member (10), a switch portion (19) disposed on the operation member (10), and a main body portion 20 supporting the operation member (10) displaceably in a prescribed direction, and automatically returning the operation member (10) after the displacement, to a prescribed home position. When the operation member (10) is displaced and operated in the prescribed direction in a state that the operation member (10) is ON, a drive range is selected, and when the operation member (10) is displaced and operated in a second direction in a state that the switch portion (19) is OFF, and the operation is kept for a prescribed time or more, a neutral range is selected. On the other hand, when the operation member (10) is displaced and operated in the prescribed direction in a state that the operation member (10) is ON, and the operation is kept for the prescribed time or more, notification by notifying means is implemented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
