PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method capable of enhancing the reduction effect of radiated electromagnetic noise.SOLUTION: A clock signal generation device includes detection means 12 for detecting the phase difference between an inputted reference clock signal comp_ck and a feedback signal fb_ck, and outputting a control signal depending on the phase difference, generation means 15 for generating a clock signal vco_ck having a frequency depending on the control signal, phase selection means 18 for selecting one of a plurality of phases obtained by equally dividing one period of the clock signal vco_ck into a predetermined number, generating a phase shift clock signal pi_out where the signal level changes in the selected phase, and outputting the phase shift clock signal pi_out, as a feedback signal fb_ck, to the detection means 12, and phase control means 17 for determining the phase based on the period of the clock signal vco_ck and a predetermined first phase shift amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
