PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit communication between information processing devices from being interrupted by maintaining a degenerated state of a lane even though lane restoration is instructed when a failure occurs in the lane whose use is stopped due to degeneration.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes an arithmetic processing unit, a storage device for storing data to be processed by the arithmetic processing unit, and a communication device for outputting to the arithmetic processing unit data received from another information processing device through a plurality of first lanes. The communication device includes a detection part for detecting a failure of the plurality of first lanes, and a control part for executing first degeneration processing for stopping the use of any of the plurality of first lanes on the basis of a degeneration request, executing restoration processing for restarting the use of the first lane whose use is stopped on the basis of a restoration request, and executing second degeneration processing for stopping the use of the first lane whose use is restarted in the case where the detection part detects a failure of the first lane whose use is restarted during restoration processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
