PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To roughly and uniformly peel an old coated film without damaging a substrate.SOLUTION: Blade parts having grinding tips 3 at tips in a blade width direction and non-blade parts 5 are alternately provided on a blade tip side. Base parts 4 including projected parts and the non-blade parts 5 having edge parts located closer to a back direction than the base parts 4 are alternately provided on the blade tip side. The grinding tip 3 containing superhard particles in a base material is secured at the tip of the base part 4. In a rotary drum 12, the front and rear surfaces of spare blades 1 and 1 for a coated film peeling tool are fitted in the same circumferential direction so as to prevent the tracks of the grinding chips 3 and 3 of the two spare blades 1 and 1 for the coated film peeling tool from coinciding with each other due to the rotation of the rotary drum 12 and the tracks of the non-blade parts 5 and 6 of the two spare blades 1 and 1 for the coated film peeling tool from coinciding with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
