PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doctor device capable of preventing mixing of air bubbles into adhesion liquid on a surface of a roll.SOLUTION: A doctor device 1 comprises: a first doctor 10 for scraping adhesion liquid on a surface of a roll 63; a second doctor 20 provided below the first doctor 10 for scraping the adhesion liquid on the surface of the roll 63 at the upstream side from the first doctor 10; and a holding body 30 for holding the second doctor 20. The holding body 30 has a liquid receiving surface 32 for receiving the adhesion liquid scraped by the first doctor 10 and dropped.
