PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flash module capable of improving flash brightness of a portable type electronic device, and a photographing system using the flash module.SOLUTION: The flash module includes a body part and a flash part provided in the inside of the body part. The flash part includes a circuit board, a flash provided in the circuit board, a processing module and at least one of a communication module and a synchronous flash element. Each of the flash, the communication module and the synchronous flash element is electrically connected to the processing module; the communication module receives a control command for using the flash and transmits the control command to the processing module; and the synchronous flash element detects the variation of external light and generates another control command to transmit the another control command to the processing module.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
