PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shared vehicle management device which improves the operation rate of a departure station.SOLUTION: A shared vehicle management device comprises: reservation means which receives a use request for a shared vehicle by a user and secures the shared vehicle; acquisition means which acquires information showing the start of using the shared vehicle when the shared vehicle is started to be used; standby time calculation means which calculates a time from the completion of securing the shared vehicle to the start of using the shared vehicle as a standby time for use; storage means which stores use history for every station of shared vehicles in stations; operation rate calculation means which calculates operation rate of the stations based on the use history; privilege calculation means which calculates incentive privilege based on the standby time for use and the operation rate of the stations; and output means which outputs information on the incentive privilege.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
