PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric oil pump capable of suitably reducing strange noise of the pump shaft of the oil pump rotatively driven by an electric motor and wear of a support part of the same.SOLUTION: A motor shaft 11 is engaged with a pump shaft 22 while being made eccentric in advance to the pump shaft 22 at a position where motor reaction force f1 and hydraulic reaction force f2 are cancelled each other.
