PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy saving house in which energy saving is achieved by heating a whole house by heating a circulation passage under a floor by a heat radiation heater which does not blow out hot air in winter.SOLUTION: An energy saving house 1 has a heat insulation property as a side wall 14 is formed in a three-layer structure, and planned ventilation is forcibly performed in which air in each room is replaced for a predetermined number of times in a fixed period. In the side wall 14, an outside air passage 24 in which the outside air goes up and is discharged from an attic 22 to the outdoors is formed between an external wall layer 14a and an intermediate wall layer 14b, and a circulation passage 26 in which circulation air circulating indoors passes is formed between the intermediate wall layer 14b and an internal wall 14c. According to the planned ventilation, a heat exchanger 30 is installed between supply air sucked from the outdoors to the circulation passage 26 and exhaust air exhausted to the outdoors via the circulation passage 26. In the intermediate wall layer 14b, a resin heat insulation layer in which a large number of air bubbles are formed is sandwiched between heat shielding sheets having waterproof properties and moisture permeability and for reflecting radiant heat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
