PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate some disadvantages that some fine scars are produced at the surface of a laminate gasket through frictional scratching between a die and a product when the product is taken out of the die during manufacturing of the laminate gasket through prior art manufacturing process and the fine scars may prohibit positive sealing of chemicals.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a process of manufacture of a gasket 13 applied to a pre-filled syringe 10 comprising the steps of preparing a gasket forming die; molding a gasket 13 having a circumferential surface part 17 having a laminate film 15 at its surface in the die; and simultaneously forming both groove 22 and salient 24 at the laminate film 15 in a circumferential direction of the circumferential surface part 17 of the gasket after taking out the gasket 13 from the die.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
