DEVELOPING DEVICE, PROCESS CARTRIDGE WITH THE DEVELOPING DEVICE, AND IMAGE FORMING DEVICE USING THEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing cartridge which prevents sticking of excessive toner on a supply roller and prevents flowing out of the toner from a top surface part.

SOLUTION: The image forming device is equipped with a developing roller 11 which supplies the toner to a photoreceptor 1 when the developing cartridge forms an image. The developing cartridge 10 has the supply roller 12 which rotates in contact with the developing roller while providing a forward linear speed difference in the rotating direction of the developing roller to supply a single-component toner. Further, provided are an agitator 17C which sends the toner to the supply roller and a doctor roller 14 which comes into contact with the developing roller to form a constant-amount thin layer of the toner on the developing roller supplied from the supply roller. The supply roller is provided with a restricting member upstream from the contact part of the developing roller.
