Provided is a method for producing a transfer sheet, which is capable of forming a coating layer for protecting an image with high positional accuracy. A method for producing a transfer sheet, which comprises: a step wherein an ink for forming an image is printed on a water-soluble layer (L1) by an inkjet method, thereby forming an image layer (L2); and a step wherein an ink containing a photocurable compound is printed on the image layer (L2) by an inkjet method, thereby forming a coating layer (L3). In this connection, the water-soluble layer (L1), the image layer (L2) or the coating layer (L3) contains a thermofusible inorganic substance. |
