A video file processing method comprises the steps of: receiving a division instruction for a video file; determining division nodes corresponding to the division instruction; and dividing the video file into multiple video subfiles by using the division nodes, and storing the multiple video subfiles. Also disclosed is a video file processing device. Segment-based display of a video file can be implemented, and management of the video file can be optimized. |
