<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood stream kinetics measuring device which can easily decide blood stream kinetics, and also, has objectivity in the decision, a blood stream kinetics measuring method, and a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: This blood stream kinetics measuring device has a differentiating means, an envelope computing means, and an extreme value counting means. In this case, the differentiating means time-differentiates a signal for which a pulse wave amplitude component is superimposed on a cuff pressure. The envelope computing means takes the cuff pressure on one axis of XY coordinates, takes the time-differentiated signal which is differentiated by the differentiating means on the other axis of the XY coordinate axes, plots a maximum value for each heart rate in the time-differentiated signals, and computes an envelope which is obtained by connecting the plotted maximum values.
