<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross flow fan having a plurality of unit fans to be continuously assembled in a twisting manner from each other, and an air-conditioner including the cross flow fan. <P>SOLUTION: A unit fan 11 comprises a disk-shaped rim 13, and a plurality of impellers 12 arrayed perpendicular to a side surface of the rim 13 along the circumferential direction. In a cross flow fan 10, an extension of each impeller of the unit fan 11 has a phase difference from an extension of the impeller of other adjacent unit fans. An air-conditioner comprises an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The indoor unit comprises a casing having an inlet 21 and an outlet 22, an indoor heat exchanger 30 disposed on the rear side of the inlet 21 in the casing, and the cross flow fan 10.
