METHOD FOR ANTIBACTERIAL FILTER MATERIAL PREPARATION

摘要

A method provides zeolite ceramic filter preparartion by burning mix of zeolite, clay and wood sawdust; metallic silver introduction by Ag+ ions reduction set in zeolite core by AgNO3 solution treatment and ion-exchange process; at that, metallic silver is introduced into zeolite ceramic filter; mix for burning comprises: Zeolite – 38.4-39.1%; Red clay – 30.8-31.3%; White clay – 7.7-7.8%; Wood sawdust – 23.1-21.8%, and burning process is executed at 800-850°C temperature.
