PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor generation system which can stably obtain vapor by utilizing heat generated on an internal combustion engine while satisfactorily lengthening the life of the water-cooled internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A vapor generation system includes: a first circulation path 3 configured circulatably in order to reuse cooling water after cooling as the cooling water of a water-cooled internal combustion engine 2; a second circulation path 5 which has a gas-water separator 4 for generating vapor, allows water to be supplied from an external part thereto and is configured such that the supplied water can be circulated via the gas-water separator 4; and a heat exchanger 6 which performs heat exchange between the cooling water flowing in the first circulation path 3 and circulation water of a low temperature flowing through the interior of the second circulation path. Therein, the cooling water of 100°C or more which is kept in the liquid phase state by compressing is circulated in the first circulation path 3. |
