The invention relates to a device for arranging documents in folders. It consists of a blank 2 of cardboard, plastic or the like which can be shaped into an arch and can be releasably connected to the flexible retaining strip 4, 5 of a holder 50, for mounting documents. Flat blanks of generally T-shaped design are provided as clamping pieces and consist of a flexible material. The transverse web can be folded over at the end section to form clamping members. By means of the central web, the clamping pieces can be clamped in slots of a folder. The device also comprises wire clips of integral T-shaped design whose transverse webs are designed as clamping members, having clamping hoops, for documents. The central webs can likewise be clamped in slots provided on a folder. The slots are preferably formed in the back part of a folder as rows of slots in alignment with one another. <IMAGE>
