<p>PURPOSE:To accurately manufacture first and second symmetrical parts through the same press die by making the upper die member and lower die member to be the same shape, and setting the height of the ring-shaped die member to be larger than the height of the upper die or the lower die member. CONSTITUTION:A ram 7 is fit on the upper die bending member 1 and the lower die bending member 3 is fit on a bolster 8. The ring-shaped bending member 2 is fit in the bolster 8. A blank material W is loaded on the ring- shaped bending member 2, and the upper die bending member 1 is taken down to perform bending the blank material W and to obtain the parts for the R. The ring-shaped member 2 is taken off from the bolster 8 to fit on the ram 7. On the lower bending member 3 having the symmetrical shape with the upper die 1, the blank material W is loaded, the ram 7 is taken down to perform bending the blank material W through the ring-shaped bending member 2 to obtain the parts for the L. By this method, the acculate symmetrical parts are obtained through the same press die.</p> |
