The driving pulley (1) is equipped with the inserted flexible packing pieces (2) on the cylindrical surface, that are embedded in the recess of the cylindrical surface. The flexible packing pieces (2) are connected with the air channels (3). Under the flexible packing pieces (2), the air is gradually pushed into the channels when the conveyor belt drives on the pulley (1) are modified in this way. As a consequence, the conveyer belt smoothly runs on the driving pulley (1) and it is not damaged even at a higher working speed.<IMAGE>
