PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition, capable of reducing burning temperature, excellent in reduction resistance and having long life by including an alkaline earth metallic oxide and lead silicate in respective small amounts in a lead-based complex perovskite. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic composition containing 0.01-1.0mol% alkaline earth metallic oxide and 0.02-1.0mol% lead silicate based on the basic composition expressed by the formula [0.95<=a<=1.2; 0.334<=b<=1.0; 0.65<=x<=O.97; a/{(b+2/3)x+y}<=1; (x+y) is 1]. The above-mentioned composition is used to produce a multilayered capacitor by adding a binder and a solvent to, e.g. raw material powder, preparing a slurry, forming the slurry into sheets having about 15mum thickness, printing the sheets with a copper electrode paste, then laminating the sheets, cutting laminated sheets, removing the binder by heat treatment, subsequently controlling partial oxygen pressure and burning the laminated sheets. Thereby, the objective multilayered capacitor is obtained. |
