<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic bearing device capable of suppressing a whirling vibration of a rotating body even when the physical gravity center of the rotating body is not aligned with the centers of clearance sensors and actuators. <P>SOLUTION: Based on the outputs of four clearance sensors, the displacement of the rotating body is calculated by a displacement adder-subtractor 401, and the inclination angle of the rotating body is calculated by a rotating angle adder-subtractor 402. Based on the displacement and inclination angle thus calculated, a displacement control signal and a rotating angle control signal are calculated, and supplied to four actuators 371 to 374 to control the displacement and inclination of the rotating body. In addition, the device is provided with a displacement correction part 46 for correctingly adding an inclination angle multiplied by a specified factor to the displacement and a rotating angle control signal correction part 47 for correctingly adding a displacement control signal multiplied by a specified factor to the rotating angle control signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
