PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display package is provided to remove an influence of heat expansion or shrinking by absorbing the heat expansion or shrinking in an elastic member, thereby preventing a short-circuit in a connected part. CONSTITUTION: An LCOS(Liquid Crystal On Silicon) cell(37) is formed of a semiconductor substrate(33) and a transparent substrate(35) on both sides of a liquid crystal layer. A frame housing(39) is electrically connected with the LCOS cell, supporting the LCOS cell. A plurality of bonding wires(41) electrically connect the LCOS cell with the frame housing. An elastic member(53) formed in an S shape connects the LCOS cell with the frame housing. One side of the elastic member is bonded with an embedded wire(49) of the frame housing, and the other side of the elastic member is bonded with the transparent electrode(47) of the transparent substrate. |
