PURPOSE:To enhance pressure resistance, heat resistance and impact resistance by crystallizing the neck part, the support ring and the part thereunder of a biaxially stretched blow molded container. CONSTITUTION:A load cap 11 is loaded into a hollow container 1A made through biaxially stretched blow-molding at the neck part 21, the support ring 22A, and the part 22B thereunder of the container. Compressed air is then fed through a tube 12 in order to increase the inner pressure and the container is heated to cause crystalization. A specified part on the bottom of the container 1A is also crystallized by means of a high temperature die 2A. Since the neck part 21, the support ring 22A, the part 22B under the ring, and a specified part on the bottom are crystallized, pressure resistance, heat resistance and impact resistance are enhanced at the time of thermal sterilization along with the stability. |
