<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design method of a wire harness in which torsion at assembling can be minimized easily, and a method which allows the manufacturing and assembling of the wire harness based on this. <P>SOLUTION: A main virtual jig face that extends in a prescribed width in parallel relative to the center axis of a first wire and deforms according to torsion within a permissible torsion range of the wire harness, and a plurality of sub virtual jig faces that pass a plurality of torsion acting points caused by the second wire or a support member and extend with prescribed widths in parallel to a plurality of straight lines crossing at right angles the center axis of the first wire and deform according to torsion within a permissible torsion range of the second wire or a binding member, are established. Then the first wire and the second wire or the support member are made to get on the main virtual jig face and the sub virtual jig faces while satisfying a binding condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
