The one-in-one valve allows more free flowing fluids, air or other gases, because of the one-in-one valve's size within a given circumference. The one-in-one valve is based upon a valve within a valve which can take more or less area within a given circumference as required. With the exhaust spring being of a different strength this enables the one-in-one valve to operate independently. The exhaust slots on the outer valve can be modified to a desired shape, length or width dependent upon the height of the exhaust port.
