PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To infallibly prevent end locking of a webbing winding device by arranging a locking means not to operate even a whole webbing is hastily wound. SOLUTION: Relative rotation of a rotor member 50 making a rotational movement integrally with a winding shaft 14 winding a a webbing and a locking wheel 32 fitted so that it may stop the winding shaft 14 from making a rotation in the direction of drawing out the webbing when it makes a relative rotational movement with the winding shaft 14, both of a webbing winding device provided with a locking means of a webbing sensitive type, stops from the time the webbing is wound nearly all of it from the winding shaft 14 to the time it has wound the whole webbing. Thus it infallibly prevents end locking. |
