PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent alteration using a magnetic recording layer in the case that the layer can be used also in other area then an information recording area. SOLUTION: The magnetic recording card 30 comprises a card base material 11, and a magnetic recording layer 12 formed at least on part or overall part of one surface of the material 11 and having an information recording area 12a magnetically recorded with information. The card 30 comprises a noise generating layer 31 formed in an area including at least part of an area 12b symmetrical with the area 12a to a center of the surface formed with the layer 12 as an area having the layer 12 on at least part of its lower layer to generate noise when information is recorded on the layer 12 of its lower or recorded information is read.
