<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier-separating screen apparatus which can prevent the clogging of a screen stably, efficiently an inexpensively. SOLUTION: In this carrier-separating screen apparatus arranged in an aeration tank 1 wherein the carriers 5 are fed, an aeration device 4 is provided near the bottom part on the upstream side of a screen 2 and in addition, a liq. spraying device 11 for spraying water transmitted the screen toward the upstream side is provided near the downstream side of the screen 2. In this case, when dimension of the crosssectional width of a wedge wire constituting the screen 2 is formed wider on the upstream side and narrower on the downstream side, the spraying liq. of the liq. spraying apparatus can efficiently be used for peeling off a clogged material.</p> |
