<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain oxygen gas high-barrier properties by forming protrusions on a surface metallized or coated with ceramics, and specifying density, height and diameter of the each protrusion on the surface to specific ranges. SOLUTION: The film is constituted by a base layer made of 80 wt.% or more of thermoplastic polyester and at least one outer layer. N pieces of protrusions per 1 mm<2> are formed on an outside surface (a surface formed with the metal layer or ceramic coating layer) of the outermost layer. And, relations of formulae I to IV are provided among density, height (hμm) and diameter (dμm) of each of the protrusions (where Ah=1.4, Bh=2.5, Ad=3.4, Bd=2.4). In order to incorporate such relations, the protrusions are preferably raised in a conical state from the flat surface of the film. And, to form the protrusions, it is preferable to use catalyst residue in the case of manufacturing material polyester as particles. Thus, high oxygen gas barrier properties can be performed.</p> |
