<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid waiting time increase by an operator and un-achieving of output without stopping conveying of rots, by repeating determination of a stocker to which a rot is conveyed and carrying of the rot in a conveying line to which sequential rots belong, and by conveying the rot to a stocker to which the rot is finally conveyed. SOLUTION: A conveying system consists of conveying lines 5b-5d for carrying rots to be conveyed, and stockers 1a0-1d3 for storing rots and transferring them between the conveying lines. Then, conveying From - To is dynamically divided, for one conveying route where rots are, failure of conveying lines, condition of load (crowded condition), failure of stockers, or full condition of a shelf or other conditions is considered, conveying lines and stockers are sequentially determined, and a rot is conveyed to a final stocker of the conveying From - To. Such rot conveying dose not stop conveying of rots and avoid waiting time increase and un-achieving of output.</p> |
