PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute electronic mail to a large number of unspecified parties without designating destinations. SOLUTION: The system is provided with plural clients 100 that send arbitrary information as electronic mail without destination and transmit a distribution condition describing a distribution condition, so as to receive electronic mail with a specific content and with a mail server 103 that stores the electronic mail without destination which are received from the clients 100 to a mail DB 101, converts the electronic mails stored in the mail DB 101 into a vector expression and stores it to a transposition file 102, selects a corresponding electronic mail from the transposition file 102 based on the distribution condition received from the clients 100, reads the selected electronic mail from the mail DB 101 and distributes the distribution condition to the clients 100 which have sent the distribution condition. |
