PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize abnormality control processing which has a fail safe function equivalent to using a latching type of relay, in the case of starting the supply of a dangerous article and entering control processing, according to the specified sequence. SOLUTION: A capacitor 13 which starts charge in response to a control start command and discharges electricity when entering normal condition, and two comparison means 18 and 19 which monitor the voltage generated by the capacitor 13 are prepared. Here, when abnormal conditions are detected with these comparison means, one comparison means stops the power supply to a dangerous article supplier, and the other comparison means controls a dangerous article supply circuit, thereby stopping the supply of the dangerous article and also breaking the discharge path of the capacitor 13. In such way, the constitution of doubling the detection processing of abnormal condition and stopping the supply of a dangerous article according to separate methods is adopted, so even if a fault occurs in either comparison means, this can stop the supply of a dangerous article without fail. |
