<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent liquid contents from leaking out of a mouthpiece, by making a ringlike impression onto the periphery of the mouthpiece, and by fusing and sealing a sealing film to the part of the impression under heat. SOLUTION: On the part of the periphery of the mouthpiece 101 of the mouth member 130 of a mouthpiece part 100 to which a sealing film is fused under heat, a ringlike impression 132 is made by applying pressure by means of a jig, and, thus, wrinkles 131 in the affixing area of the mouth member 130 made during the drinking-mouth-part formation of a container production process are flattened out. The mouthpiece part 100 is sealed with the sealing film 140, comprising a biaxially-oriented polyethylene terephthalate film layer (12μm thickness), an aluminum foil layer (50μm thickness), and a low-density polyethylene layer (40μm thickness), in such a way that a sealing trowel contacts the part of the impression 132 of the mouth member 130. The sleeve of the mouthpiece-having paper-container for liquid is loaded onto a filling machine, and fruit juice drink is filled into it.</p> |
