FIELD: fire-fighting equipment. SUBSTANCE: plant has electric pump with suction branch pipe and outlet pipelines located in chamber, pressure pipeline and additional suction branch pipe accommodating outlet pipeline of pump provided with nozzle to form jet pump connected with pressure pipeline. Chamber accommodating electric pump has ventilation system including hole in chamber upper part for air intake from atmosphere and jet pump of ventilation system connected with lower part of chamber by air duct whose nozzle is installed on branch of pump outlet pipeline. Upper part of chamber, where pump is located, is separated from lower part, where suction branch pipe is located by return valve in form of flexible washer. Use of jet pump for pumping-over of liquid allows considerable increase of consumption of transferred liquid as compared with plant using only electric pump. Chamber ventilation system provides for efficient air cooling of pump electric drive and pumping out of soaking-through liquid. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 1 dwg
