<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method of synthetic resins for manufacturing a syngas from synthetic resins such as plastics. <P>SOLUTION: According to this processing method of synthetic resins, a syngas is manufactured by performing a process of granulating synthetic resins in a semi-molten state into a shape suitable for a gasifying furnace for manufacturing a syngas, without isolating halogen element-containing resins from the synthetic resins including halogen element-containing resins, and by performing partial oxidation.
