The present invention relates to a lashing device for securing goods 1 to a load platform 1 of a vehicle. For this purpose the device comprises a support profile section 3 with a groove-like depression 4. The said depression is provided with at least one locking element 6 for fastening holding straps 7 or the like, by means of which the goods are stowed on the load platform in such a way that they cannot be displaced during transport. The locking element 6 comprises at least two slide blocks 11 with a cross-section in the shape of an equilateral triangle. The slide blocks are connected to a shaft 12, which is designed to receive the holding strap. The depression 4 comprises two essentially plane surfaces 9 oriented towards the opening slit 5. The said surfaces are arranged at an angle α to one another of 40 - 90 degrees. <IMAGE>
