ELECTRODE PLATE ASSEMBLY FOR LITHIUM ION POLYMER BATTERY, LITHIUM ION POLYMER BATTERY USING THE ASSEMBLY AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An electrode plate assembly for a lithium ion polymer battery, a lithium ion polymer battery containing the electrode plate assembly and its preparation method are provided, to improve the electrode plate making method by omitting the extraction process of a plasticizer. CONSTITUTION: The electrode plate assembly comprises two positive electrode plates(51a, 53a) facing each other; a negative electrode plate(52a) placed between the two positive electrode plates with leaving a space; and a first separator(51b, 53b, 52b) coated on at least one surface of the positive electrode plates and the negative electrode plate. Preferably additional auxiliary separator(54) is placed between the positive electrode plate and the negative plate electrode. The method comprises the steps of preparing two positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate; coating a first separator on at least one surface of the positive electrode plates and the negative electrode plate; placing the negative electrode plate between the two positive electrode plates to form an electrode plate assembly; and putting the electrode plate assembly into a case; sealing it and injecting an electrolyte solution into the case.
