摘要
本发明涉及一种建筑工程用的塑料建筑模板及其制造方法。模板由新的或回收再生的烯烃类热塑性塑料,与短切玻璃纤维、填料、发泡剂、发泡温度调节剂及润湿剂混合后,通过挤出机连续挤出成型成为具有硬皮层的低发泡塑料建筑模板。模板为中空结构,内有纵向加强筋连接。该模板具有其刚度和强度符合使用要求、重量轻、表面光洁、易于脱模、重复使用次数多、可连续化制造、生产效率高以及可使用再生材料为原料、成本低廉等优点。

1.一种玻纤增强的表层结皮低发泡塑料建筑模板,其特征在于它是用下列原料和方法制成的:作为基料的烯烃类热塑性塑料,它占原料总重量的65~90%;作为增强材料的短切玻璃纤维,它占原料总重量的5~30%;作为填料的碳酸钙、滑石粉或云母粉,它占原料总重量的0~20%;发泡体系由热分解型发泡剂、发泡温度调节剂及润湿剂组成,其中发泡剂占原料总重量的0.2~3%,发泡温度调节剂占原料总重量0~2%,润湿剂占原料总重量的1~5%;其制造方法是用挤出机连续成型法,将基料与增强材料、填料以及基料与发泡剂、发泡温度调节剂及润湿剂分别制成粒料,然后把两种粒料按上面的用量混合后送入挤出机,经连续挤出、表皮冷却与内部发泡,再经定型和冷却处理,最后进行裁切而制得。
