PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the illegal use of an information recording medium by storing the using time and identification data of the use of the information recording medium at the time of using it and collating new identification data and stored identification data every time identification data of a new information recording medium is stored so as to judge the information recording medium to be abnormal at the time of detecting coincidence. SOLUTION: When an SF card is used (enters) at an automatic ticket examining device (a) in a station A, the ID and the using time of the SF card are stored in the storing part of an center device 1 through a station controller 3 and a communication control part 2. This storing is executed every time tickets are newly used or every time they are used at an automatic ticket examining device (a) or an automatic fare adjusting device (b) at another station (station B). Then, whenever a new ticket ID is stored, the device 1 executes collating processing with IDs of the tickets stored in the storing part. At the time of judging the ticket to be an illegal ticket obtained by copying, etc., as the result of this collating processing, using it is absolutely prohibited after then. |
