PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillatory wave driver in which stabilized driving is ensured by reducing the possibility of stoppage even if the driving frequency is fluctuated due to fluctuation of load. SOLUTION: An oscillatory wave driver comprises an oscillatory wave motor 1 for moving an oscillator exciting a driving oscillation relatively by bringing a contactor into pressure contact therewith, and drive control sections 404, 412 performing feedback control by delivering a drive signal to the oscillator in order to excite driving oscillation wherein the drive control section is set with a lower limit of controlling the fluctuation of driving frequency during operation. |
