PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple inverter for enhancing its power factor by increasing a power supplying period from a rectifying power source. SOLUTION: The inverter comprises a sub-switching element 20 repeating ON, OFF. The inverter also comprises a sub-fly-wheel diode 29 in antiparallel with the element 20. The inverter also comprises an inductive AC load 40. The inverter also comprises a capacitor 50 for an auxiliary power source for forming one closed circuit together with the element 20 and the load 40. The inverter also comprises a rectifying power source 10 for rectifying a voltage of the power source 11. The inverter also comprises a smoothing capacitor 60. The inverter also comprises a main switching circuit 30 for alternately applying the voltage of the power source 10 and the voltage of the capacitor 60 to become forward voltage polarity at both ends during OFF period of the element 20. The inverter also comprises a main fly-wheel diode 39 for charging the capacitor 60 by feeding back a current of the load 40 when the element 20 is turned OFF. |
