PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take a required procedures before the operation is shut down because of irregular overheat of user. SOLUTION: An overheat protecting means 14 outputs an alarm signal SAM when a device temperature rises exceeding an alarm temperature TAM. The protecting means 14 outputs a shut-down signal SSD when the device temperature rises, at the condition where such device temperature is at the intermediate temperature between the alarm temperature TAM and shut-down temperature TSD is continued for the predetermined period, and also when the device temperature rises exceeding the shut-down temperature TSD. Meanwhile, the control means 12 controls the alarm display control and shut-down control on the basis of the alarm signal SAM and shut-down signal SSD. |
