PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a force sensor with excellent reliability in which the direction and mass of a physical amount acting from outside can be measured three- dimensionally and prevention of damage or breakage caused by impact applied rapidly or by the action of a great external force is realized. SOLUTION: A force sensor 1 is constituted of a support stand 3 having a cavity part 4, a flexible plate 5 that has at least one detecting device and is laid horizontally on the cavity part 4 of the support stand 3, and an operant 2 pulled and supported by the flexible plate 5 in the cavity part 4 of the support stand 3. Then clearance parts 7A and 7B with a predetermined width are formed between the operant 2 and the support stand 3 and/or deterrent members 8A and 8B mounted on the support stand 3 so that the operant 2 is not deformed to exceed the predetermined distance. |
