PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the operation of a network without using a transmission line of a stand-by system by outputting a signal inputted from a first transmission channel to the first transmission channel or a second transmission channel and performing an exchange processing to output a signal inputted from the second transmission channel to the first transmission channel or the second transmission channel by one switching means. SOLUTION: A packet inputted in a buffer 155 of a node device is stored in a zero system non-specified area by using a writing control table since the packet is the one outputted from a terminal to be connected with its own node device, its destination is zero system and is not the adjacent down stream side. In this case, connecting relation between input and output of a switch 131 is controlled periodically according to a table, according to a certain repetition pattern and the stored packet is read out of a predetermined storage area of each buffer in the connecting relation of the switch by a control part 132. The connecting relationship among input terminals IN1 to IN8 and output terminals OUT1 to OUT8 is performed without competition control by the switch 131. |
