PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate backlash by a simple mechanism even in gear meshing of plural stages. SOLUTION: A first gear 6 meshing with an input gear 1 and a second gear 10 meshing with an output gear 8 are connected to each other by a gear shaft 12 to be integrally rotated. Further, a first auxiliary gear 20 meshing with the input gear 1 and a second auxiliary gear 22 meshing with the output gear 8 are provided, and an auxiliary gear shaft 24 is provided on the same axis as the hollow gear shaft 12. The first auxiliary gear 20 integrally rotatably fitted to the auxiliary gear shaft 24 is fitted to the auxiliary gear shaft 24 of the first auxiliary gear 20 movably in the axial direction, and the auxiliary gear shaft 24 is elastically deformed by twisting and moved to be meshed.
